ORDERING INFORMATION:
Please provide us with as much contact information as possible. We will
only contact you in case of a problem with your order and will promise to
always be very discrete in doing so. All of our merchandise is discretely
packaged for your privacy and convenience. Please also be advised that all
credit card billings will be made under the company name of FITNESS ONE
ON ONE INC. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery of Check and
money order orders, especially if you are located outside of the United
States. Credit card orders are generally processed within 48 hours and are
shipped faster. On Credit Card orders, please provide us with the name as
it appears on the card and also provide us with the billing address as it
appears on your credit card statement. We will only use your shipping
address for product and information shipment, We WILL NEVER use a billing
address as a ship to unless you list them as the same. To protect you from
fraud, we use address verification on all credit card orders processed. In
order to avoid delays with your orders, please give us all of the
information outlined in the order form.
CANADA/MEXICO AND ALL OTHER FOREIGN ORDERS
- We are NOT responsible if your order is seized by customs!!!
If your country confiscates adult materials, then Don't Order!!! All
foreign order must specify VHS NTSC or Pal format. Orders that are not
specific will be shipped VHS NTSC formatted videos. Please refer to the
postage and handling section of this page for information on the
additional shipping charges that will apply to all orders shipped outside
of the United States.

Shipping Information and
Pricing:
8x10's U.S. orders will be charged $2.00 p/h for the first 8x10 and
$1.00 p/h for each additional picture. Can/Mex 8x10 orders will be charged
$4.00 p/h for the first 8x10 and $1.00 p/h for each additional picture.
All other Foreign 8x10 orders will be charged $7.00 for the first 8x10 and
$2.00 p/h for each additional picture.
Magazine U.S. orders will be charged $2.00 p/h for each issue. Can/Mex
Magazine orders will be charged $7.00 p/h each issue. All other Foreign
orders will be charged $11.00 p/h for each issue.
Videos U.S. orders will be charged $4.99 p/h for the first video
and $2.50 p/h for each additional video. Can/Mex will be charged $7.50 p/h
for each video. All other Foreign orders will be charged $18.00 p/h.
All orders are shipped via First Class US or Air Mail. Florida State
residents must add 6.5% tax to all orders. All orders must be paid in US
funds only. Please check with us on any foreign multiple magazine and
video shipping charges and discounts.

Exchange Policy:
All sales are considered FINAL. We do not offer any refunds.
Exchanges on defective items only will be exchanged for the same item
only. All exchanges for defective orders must be requested within 21 days
of the date of order shipment.
